"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."

"It was clean. The tiolet in our room constantly ran and it was leaking water. The staff were very attenative to guest. The security gate is to be a little undesirably. The breakfast was not worth NO 24.00 dollars per person, it was the same as you get from breakfast buffets that are free at other hotels."

"Booked a room at the Hyatt in Expedia, with Less than 3 weeks before the trip was told they couldn’t accommodate us and switched to double tree. I had to switch rooms THREE TIMES. First the bathroom shower and sink were leaking and loud. Then they didn’t have the proper room we booked- 2 queen and a couch. We needed up stuck in a king and a couch which we couldn’t properly fit on. Ceiling had leaks. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t get ready in bathroom with no outlet but the mirror in the room was blocked by tv and had no light. Elevator sounded like it was going to drop and fall any second. Housekeeping just walks in the room- I was getting dressed. You can tell it’s old and run down and they tried to seal some paint on but overall it was dingy and dirty and looked like the walls could cave in any minute due to the multiple old leaks u can see they patched up not correctly."

"I was in room 215. There was no chair at the desk, so I couldn't use that and there was no shade on the light fixture in the room, just light bulbs. There were no shower bath towels, which I did not find till I wanted to shower the next morning and when I called the front desk they said I needed to come to the front desk to get them because they only had one person on staff. The room was clean and the breakfast had plenty of choices. I have stayed at many HI Express locations and this one was disappointing. The price was right but I won't be back"

"The Rooms were very big and spacious while being very clean nice size TVs in both room the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed the breakfast was the bomb so was Dinner and the shuttle bus driver was amazing 10 out of 10"
