"Nice hotel. Very clean. An amazing amount of room for dog walking, This visit, I stayed for two weeks. Many nearby restaurants, gas stations and malls. Very friendly staff. Very pet friendly. I received many text messages from the front desk asking me if there was anything I needed. There were a decent amount of parking spots. During winter weather, the parking lot ice spots could have been treated with more diligence. A suggestion would be a better breakfast buffet. Maybe it was just related to...

"Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! "Our room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable but the feather pillows were horrible. Check in was easy as was check out. They offer breakfast but for a charge you once you're there. We decided to pay and it was okay. Nothing special. "

"the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "
