"The hotel is very well situated for exploring the full area of the Shetland Islands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space and there is a fuel station next door and a very good fish and chip shop across the road, both of which are very useful."

"The only issue was lift not working but Jane helped to take luggage up the stairs. Breakfast a very wide choice table service. Very clean room and restaurant evening meals very good. Parking around the reception area but confusing when you are not driving. Hence the luggage issue."

There was no lobby or restaurant open and there wasn't always someone at the front desk. There is no elevator, but the female staff carried up my heavy suitcase four floors. The floors are not level and they squeak. The windows casings were broken in one of the rooms we took. The shower hardly put out any water and it was slightly unsafe trying to...
