"I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there."

La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice."

"Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready."

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good."

"The property was old and unkept. The board walk had broken/missing steps, landscaping had been unattended for a while ( weeds coming through concrete areas at pool and hot tub) hot tub was not clean, shower was tiny. Location to beach was nice even though our particular room had an obstructed view. Restaurant/ bar looked to stay busy, but we did not try it. There is a $15 a day parking fee. The elevator was not convenient for all guests. Bed was ok, TV worked, ac worked and close to beach...not...

"The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay.
