"This was a good hotel in a great location in Seoul, accessible to many cafes, museums, etc. The hotel was clean and the staff was corteous."

"You really can't be more ideally located to subway, bus stops, and Myeongdong Street. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The only minor thing was there is only elevator that goes from 1st/ground floor to the rooms, but I'm sure nothing the staff can do anything about."

"Love this hotel! Housekeeping was amazing, we went back with spotless clean, tidy room after the mess created by the toddlers. The room was spacious, comfy beds and great location! The only area I wish they could improve on is the breakfast. A lil more variety would have been great. Overall, we are still very pleased and would definitely stay here again! "

"I was not given 2 bottles everyday and the tea cups were not replaced everyday as well. The breakfast was very poor even though it was only $15. Our Chioce basically was boiled eggs and toast. Very poor and disappointing. Location was good not too central and chaotic like some hotels"

"Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and roomy. Loved access to amenities and bottled water anytime we needed. We chose the option to include breakfast and it was excellent. So many options and a great combination of Korean and North American food. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Would highly recommend this hotel which was also very central in Myeongdong."
