Pas très contente

Bonne aceuille malgré l'attente au lieu de 12h30 j'ai attendu jusqu'à 14h jetais avec mes 2 fille je vous raconte pas leurs réactions ensuite chambre pas tres propre jai même trouve des bout de verre par terre et des cheveux sur les draps bref pas très propre pas d'animation ni de restaurant jetais obligé de sortir pour déjeuner parking tres petit parfois obligé de se garer dehors mais l'appartement que javai navez pas de vu sur la piscine mais ça va c'était spacieux pour nous 3 voilà sur les photo je pense vraiment pas sa cest que sur place qu'on voi les mauvais points.!!!!! Très déçu pour un 3 étoiles j'ai vue beaucoup mieux

For dig som tog på ferie for at få oplevelsen.

Jeg har været på dette hotel flere gang og jeg synes det har lige hvad man har brug for. Det er et familie hotel, men det er også rigtig godt til uge. Værelserne er ikke de smukkeste, men nu tager jeg personligt heller ikke på ferie for at ligge på værelset. Værelserne har hvad man skal bruge og det er ganske fint. De er så utrolig venlige på dette hotel og gør meget for ders gæster, der er flere arrangementer. Der er mulighed for personlig pleje i form af massage og andre behandlinger. De har en hyggelig bar hvor man kan hygge lidt inden byturen. Der er musik omkring poolen og det er rigtig hyggeligt. De kommer rundt og hører om du har brug for noget. Ellers er der en restaurant ved poolen hvor man kan bestille alverdens. De har døgnvagt ved hotellet så ikke hvem som helst kan gå ind. Der er mulig for veksling af penge i receptionen. Der ligger en lækker stand mindre en 5 min derfra. naturen på hotellet er rigtig fin, de har de smukke blomser og træer. Græsset er pænt grønt. Der er legeplads til børnene. Personligt synes jeg også det er lækkeret med en købmand lige ved siden af hotellet. han har lige hvad man skulle have brug for. Dertil også få importerede varer. Det er en hyggelig gåtur indtil medinaen og ønsker man taxa er dette også rigtig billigt og de køere hele tiden forbi. De har en aftale med en mand som gerne tager jer med på en uforglemmelig tur ud at ride på kameler. Der er flere springvand på hotellet. og man kan endda være heldig at de fejre et bryllup under jeres ophold. Dette er rigtig spændende og man får lov at deltage eller observere festen, alt efter ønske. De holder de bedste tunesiske aftner, med den lækreste mad og med den bedste underholdning. Det ligger i det gamle hammamet, og alligevel er der en masse at lave og se,

hotel pour se reposer mais en toute simplicité

Le personnel de cet hôtel sont d'une extrême gentillesse et serviabilité à part un des responsables de nuit qui est franchement désagréable, non souriant, avec des remarques déplacés.Chambre très agréable avec terasse très tranquille en face d'un bel eucaliptus.En revanche, la propreté des sanitaires et cuisine laisse à désirer, plus le manque de vaiselle, d'au moins une éponge ou de produit vaiselle.literie confortable et propre, petit déjeuner copieux et varié mais nappe...avec pleins de taches...Je gardes néanmoins un bon souvenir de mon séjour dans cette établissement vu la gentillesse des personnes qui y travaillent, le calme tranquille et simple malgré qu'il faille traverser la route pour se rendre sur la plage...

Les points faibles: -pas d'acces direct a la plage, il faut traverser la rue 300m plus loins. (acces sale et non entretenu) -le confort de la chambre est de loins le plus decevant: -ayant recu une chambre donnant cote rue avec les problemes de bruit. -des rideaux trop petits, impossible de faire de l'obscurite dans la chambre. -Le confort des matelats, tres sommaire, dos fragile s'abstenir. -pas d'ascenceurs, pas tres pratique pour transporter ses baguages j'usqu'au 3em. - au niveau de la proprete OK (rien a dire) Les points forts proximite avec le centre ville historique de hammamet. assez partique pour diner dehors le soir
