The only thing that seems good is one of the staff (Casandra, she was all shade of good). The reservation is supposed to come with breakfast and the hotel said they didnt have breakfast on June 30th; that they dont have stock.
The hotel apparently will package a sort of breakfast for people without asking what you would really love to have for breakfast.
The internet of the hotel went off for about 24hours and the front desk kept saying they had technical issues for close to 24hours which is ridiculous.
Even when the internet service seems to be working, you can barely enjoy whatsapp conversations as it was extremely poor.
I wish I had seen all of this from previous reviews, I would have not lodged at the hotel.
I will also recommend that there is an evaluation of the hotel and also reward Casandra because she has a good customer relation.
