This b&b property exceeded expectations. Bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, were both modern and very clean. There was also a separate shared lounge for guests & gym. Outdoor facilities included a swimming pool, spa and seating area. Brendon & Jalena, were most welcoming and provided an excellent continental breakfast. Had plenty of suggestions on what to see and where to eat in the area. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend.

AMAZING place to stay!!

Grasslands was an amazing place to stay! I was SO happy to have the opportunity to relax there and enjoy the hospitality of the gracious host and hostess. Being a single woman travelling, I look for somewhere to stay where I feel safe and comfortable. This was a perfect match. The amenities were incredible - pool, hot tub, exercise room, big lounge area, beautiful gardens, easy access to town, easy parking, plus more. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Grasslands B&B.

Lovely accommodation! We enjoyed the pool, spa and outdoor area. Jalena and Brendon are super hosts who have thought of everything one might require. A recommended venue close to the centre of Cambridge.

Owner super friendly. Room spacious, very clean with large TV, free Wifi, added bonus of Alexa. For fitness freaks - a very well-equipped gym. The continental breakfast was delicious. Only stayed a couple of nights but would be happy staying longer. Definitely recommend.

Great place near Cambridge!

Everything was perfect! Quiet countryside location, luxurious room with spacious private bathroom, access to a large lounge and gym room, pool and spa just outside. Our hosts served a wonderful Continental breakfast and topped it off with stimulating conversation. Can't imagine a better place to stay near Cambridge!

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour avec nos hôtes Isabella et Brandon, un cadre merveilleux entouré de superbes chevaux de courses ( on peut les voir galoper à l'entraînement très tôt le matin), Ils nous ont accueillis comme si nous étions leurs amis, ils ont une culture autant kiwi qu'européenne, c'était un vrai plaisir de converser avec eux. Le petit déjeuner maison était gargantuesque, confiture, pain grillé, jambon, yaourts, jus d'orange, etc...Netflix à gogo ;) Très bon wifi

Fantastic place to stay. The hosts are really friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and everything seemed to be new. Really comfortable bed. We enjoyed watching a film on a huge flatscreen TV. The breakfast was continental with freshly baked croissants and pastries. The B&B is placed in nice and quiet surroundings. I can highly recommend this B&B.

호빗마을에 갔다가 찾은 호텔로 해밀턴시와 가깝고 호빗마을에서 30분가량으로 약간 외각에 있지만 최고의 만족을 준 호텔이었다. 부부가 운영하는 호텔이라기보다는 개인집같은 느낌으로 방도 넓고 화장실, 헬스장, 거실 등등 최고의 만족을 준 곳이었다. 주인 부부의 따뜻한 환대에 감동을 받았다. 와이파이도 무료로 국내와 같은 속도를 보여주었다. 다음에도 다시한번 가고싶은 호텔이다.

Really nice room and great people

Grasslands B & B is on a semi-rural property just outside of Cambridge. Close enough to town for easy access to restaurants and far enough out to feel you are in the beautiful countryside. The rooms are lovely - spacious, comfortable and very well set up. Electronic gizmos everywhere for the tech types, and good quality amenities. The owners are delightful - very friendly and provided a great continental breakfast. Highly recommended!

Jalena is a very nice host and the accommodation not only close to down town but also provide more facilities than usual B&B. The breakfast is more than sufficient, with cold cut, varieties of cheese, toast, pastry, yogurt &........... ! I got my chamomile tea ready at room which I request on last time. Will re-book it for next visit.

Extremely beautiful B&B stay!!!

What a warmy 5 star B&B. If you plan to stay near Cambridge, we highly recommend this place. We enjoy the Milky Way over the sky with thousands of stars above in the jacuzzi. Beautiful house, friendly host, with clean, modernised and thoughtful rooms.

The Grasslands was a fabulous location set amongst a beautiful peaceful rural setting that is only minutes from the centre of Cambridge. A newly built property was clean and the hosts are great people.

Fantastic place and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Brendan and Jelina are wonderful hosts, nothing is a bother to them. The property is situated in a lovely quiet rural area yet is only a short drive to the centre of Cambridge. Our room was comfortable with TV, en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe with fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large well furnished lounge with tv, a well equipped gym, outside hot tub and a swimming pool, all you could wish for. The property is well located for visiting Rotorua, Blue Spring, Hobbiton, Hamilton etc. Would definitely return if we visit NZ again and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast

This is a beautiful house with spacious, immaculately clean rooms and very comfortable furniture. The owners are so helpful and friendly and looked after us so well. We were only there overnight so didn't have the opportunity to try out the pool, spa and gym or sit in the lovely garden. We will definitely return and stay longer next time.
