Good value for money. Excellent location very close to various train stations, easy to get around the city, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, modern. Our room was facing a busy street with lots of traffic, but we had no problems sleeping due to great soundproof windows. No complaints, honestly. The breakfast buffet was really good and definitely recommendable.

Upon arrival at the hotel the room that I was given already had other people’s belongings, when I went back to the front desk the member of staff changed my room and gave me complimentary drinks vouchers as way off apology, all ends well. The room itself was fantastic, modern, clean, fantastic bed and spacious bathroom. 5 minute walk from two U-Bahn stations. I’d be more than happy to stay here again if I return to Hamburg.

Good hotel and excellent breakfast. Check-in experience was very poor: I arrived and there seemed to be a problem, with three staff behind the counter struggling with the system, muttering between themselves. I have no idea what the problem was because they did not explain. After about 10 minutes they were finally able to check me in. I think the location is not great - next to a big road and it did not feel very safe outside

Property is new and modern. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are a bit small but clean and modern. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Entered my room on two separate occasions even with do not disturb on door and verbally telling them not too. Totally disrespectful and unacceptable.

Nice clean hotel - not the greatest location

Very nice hotel and very clean. Not the best location however. There are no cafes, bars or any other amenities nearby though there are two train stations about a 10-15 minute walk away. You have to get on those if you want to find anything other than the actual hotel. Bear this in mind. Also if I’d been told refugees would be staying on my floor (resulting in very young children sitting in the corridor outside my room playing on mobile phones and offering be bottles of water at 1 Euro) I could then have considered alternative hotel to spend my £100 a night with.

Nice modern hotel

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious for a single person. The only slightly annoying thing was the email communication. I received an email to check-in online, which told me only at the very end of filling in all forms that check-in wouldn't be possible a day before, but only about 3 hours before the normal check-in time. So why sending this email out so early? At this point (24h before) I also send an email request if it would be possible to check-in early or leave my luggage at the hotel earlier, which wasn't answered at all. Fortunately, arriving at the hotel, early check-in was possible, and from then on the stay was great. The location was very convenient to commute to the airport (S1 - Berliner Tor) and in walking distance to the City Center.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ neu, es ist alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber unkonzentriert an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber es sollte wirklich nicht 19 Euro kosten und schon gar nicht noch mehr, wie lustig angekündigt. Dann sollte mehr geboten werden. Das einzige Highlight beim Frühstücken war der Pancakes-Automat und das schnelle Personal. Ansonsten ein ganz normales gutes Frühstück.
