Felt unsafe, dirty socks under the counter in the entrance of the room. Noises of people dealing (and enjoying) drugs in room across the hall. Clearly prostitution services in the street outside the hotel. Not to be recommended for anyone, ever 😳

Stedet levede slet ikke op til de billeder der er på hjemmesiden. Panelerne for enden af sengen var revet i stykker og var tapet sammen. Natlampen var holdt sammen af tape og virkede ikke. Gulvbrædderne nåede ikke ud til væggen, og stedet var generelt beskidt. Jeg kommer helt sikkert til at vælge et andet sted næste gang turen går til Hamborg.

Katastrophe

An mehreren Stellen gerissenes Kopfteil vom Bett mit Isolierbaband notdürftig geflickt. Ferseher funktionierte nicht und war aus der Wand gerissen. Die Lampen waren nur teilweise mit Leuchtmitteln versehen. Im Bad fehlte die Lampe über dem Minniwaschbecken, so dass nur die Kabel aus der Wand ragten. Die Tapeten waren nicht das einzige, was verschmutzt war. Bei einem Preis von 135€/Nacht war damit nicht unbedingt zu rechnen. Positiv war einzig der freundliche Empfang beim einchecken. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Für laute gäste kann niemand was. Aber das keiner da ist und sich kümmert. Renovierungen würden unsachgemäß ausgeführt. Parkett nur ums Bett neu verlegt und drunter den alten schmutzigen Teppich liegen lassen. Klebeband überall dran gelassen. Usw. Spiegel im Bad gerissen ,lüftung defekt. Kühlschrank im Zimmer verschimmelt. Kein WLAN vorhanden trotz ankündigung. Alles sehr hellhörig jede klospülung hat man gehört jedes Schlüssel schließen. Und ein pärchen was sich gestritten hat mitten in der Nacht und der Inhaber sagt am Telefon Versuche die mal anzurufen. Inhaber am ersten Tag mit schmutziger Jogginghose an der Rezeption. Wenn wir nicht im voraus gezahlt hätten wir spätestens auf dem Zimmer angekommen wieder abgereist. Schlechteste Hotel was wir bisher in Hamburg hatten.

Tengo una queja y éxijo un rembolso, cuando agendé mi reservación, la hice para el día 4 y 5 de octubre, la aplicación la género para el 14 y 15 de octubre y cuando intenté hacer la aclaración no me permitieron realizarlo, levanté tickets en el módulo de ayuda y al final no me resolvieron de l error de su plataforma y peor aún, me cobraron un servicio que no utilicé. Als ich ankam, war mein Zimmer nicht frei und sie hatten keine freie Zimmer. Als ich wartete verliess ein Gast das Hotel mit den Worten „es ist mir zu dreckig und zu laut“. Der Rezeptionist nahm den Schlüssel entgegen und wollte ihn mir direkt geben mit den Worten „jetzt haben wir ein Zimmer“. Das Zimmer war verschimmelt, dreckig und deutlich kleiner als jenes welches ich gebucht hatte. Bilder können nachgereicht werden.
