"Again I enjoyed eating off real dishes at breakfast. The food was acceptable. One issue was the bathroom fan was connected to the light. Turn the light on fan goes on. So I couldn't use the light as a nightlight. Bed was comfortable. All staff were accommodating and helpful when needed."

"I have stayed at Century Motel 5 times as break during my trips to Quebec City. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area."

"Hot water was low pressure if you stay in top floor so end up we change to the lower floor and issue resolved. However, the entry door missing the security latch lock so the cleaner can come in directly. The bathroom lock is also not working so I have to put my baggage behind the door when shower. Other than that are ok."

"We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were ants throughout the apartment, including the kitchen area, bed, and washroom. Since we were traveling with a child, this was especially concerning. Thankfully, we had brought our own bed sheets and pillow covers with us. Overall, the property has potential because of the spacious rooms, but the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance made the stay uncomfortable."
