"The hotel was really nice - friendly staff and rooms well appointed. Disappointed that on a Saturday night the restaurant was out of 3 of the menu items. Also I think the serving staff could do with being better trained . All in all a nice place to stay ."

"We loved the quietness and beauty of the location. The staff were warm and welcoming and our guest house was clean and comfortable- best sleep in Scotland thus far. "I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. "Great staff from check-in to the in-house bar to housekeeping. All were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was standard British breakfast. Bar and restaurant were very good. Which is nice since the hotel is a ways from other places."

"The guesthouse is situated just outside of Portree in a beautiful small village. It is a brand new establishment, has four rooms out of them only 2 are operational, it is spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds and bed linens. The host is very friendly and helpful but also gives lots of space and there is a total separation between their house and the guests area. Continental Breakfast is complete with all we needed. "The property was beautiful with mountain and views of the pond. The dinner we had at the restaurant was very good and the complimentary breakfast the next morning was plentiful and tasty. We could hike on the grounds, a short one, but lovely just the same."

"This was the perfect location for our Skye adventure. The house fit our group of 4 perfectly, and we enjoyed the wonderful views of the beach. Communication with the owner was easy after doing a quick google search on how to make an international call (when I’m from the states). I throughly enjoyed my stay!"
