The information provided were very helpful in finding the location and finding parking. The room was perfect for our family and well furnished. We didn't have time to cook and eat in but all the amenities were there. Breakfast is serviced in the cafe/art gallery nextdoor, though it's limited to a couple of preselected options. "

"We had a great stay at Sand Hotel. The location is right on a pedestrian shopping street full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. (For an unforgettable meal, book a dinner reservation at the Old Iceland Restaurant.) All the local attractions are no more than a 15-20 minute walk, max. "I arrived in the morning before check in time and was able to leave my luggage in storage. The kitchen was available and there is a nice lounge area to wait. The woman working at reception was very friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms were fairly clean and no wait for showers in the evening. The only downside I would mention is the noise. The room doors would slam quite loudly throughout the night (when people went to use the bathroom) and I could hear people walking around on the floor...
