"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.

"There was no dishwasher. The utensils were extremely dirty. The tea kettle was dirty we could not use it. There was not even 1 extra towel for the whole stay. The parking is at a different level than the property it was extremely difficult to bring our things to the room. "

Tiene 3 camas en la planta de arriba (dúplex) en una zona abuhardillada. 2 de esas camas, están pegadas a la pared, y era incómodo por la noche porque si te levantabas te golpeabas la cabeza si no recordabas la posición, y además no podías aprovechar todo el ancho de la cama porque en la zona de contacto con la pared el techo es tan bajo que una persona normal no "cabía" cómodamente. "Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."
