"It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay."

"Breakfast was a joke; cereal, yogurt, bagels, and gas station-style pasteries. One staff member with dreads seemed very perturbed to have to deal with customers. The room was nice, but this is essentially a motel. No intention of going back."

"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. "We will not stay any other place when we visit Gloucester! The staff is always super friendly and attentive, you can't beat the view, and the on-site breakfast cafe is our first stop every morning. The little touches like homemade cookies available everyday make it always feel like a welcoming place to stay! We love the Atlantis Oceanfront Inn and plan to come back for many years!"

"Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy."
