We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a surprise, but having to climb into the bed was not that convenient.

Quando cheguei não tinha água quente, mas o problema foi resolvido. Fomos mudados de acomodação, pra um apartamento melhor. Bom sistema de aquecimento. Limpeza do apartamento deixa bem a desejar. Bem localizado, mas a entrada do prédio não agrada. Antes de sair não conseguimos tomar banho pois não havia água quente novamente. Sofá cama desconfortável. Não recomendo.

Ótimo apartamento, com todas as facilidades. Limpo, organizado, excelente localização. Há muitas opções de restaurante perto da acomodação e a comunicação com o proprietário, Koby, foi excelente. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar.

Small room with everything a couple need

Location is the big advantage - in the center of the city with lots of restaurants and close to the Carmelit station. It worth to mention that there were no cleaning services but there was good communication with the host

Incorrect description, mouldy bathroom

The apartment we've booked was supposed to have a kitchen with cooking facilities, but there was only a niche with a refrigerator and water kettle. The bathroom has unsufficient ventilation and everything inside it was constantly wet throughout our stay, including the humidity and damp tiles left after the previous guest. Overall a rather disappointing experience, with an accommodation that could have been much more comfortable, but seems not well maintained beyond a short one night stay.

A nice stay at Hanasi

The concept of a self service check in and out along with a nice owner who made sure that everything’s fine before and after the visit is very convenient, the location is amazing and the apartment is clean.

Fraud -the price goes way up once you put your card and can't cancel (extra charge for cleaning that ia not eriten in the price offer. Froud- it is just one room and very simple with no veiw Dirty- there is mold in the bathroom No ligth in the staircase The window in the bathroom is close soo tight that you have to cut your hand in the process of opning it and it takes time Smell- very strong smell

From the description I was given, it was difficult to work out where to collect the key. There was sometimes some noise in the evening because the apartment is near to cafes. In all other respects this was a very good venue.

Luxury Apatment with much to improve on!

Luxury apartment, apparently redone recently. No stove or cooktop, only a hot plate to cook on. Two used towels left hanging in the bathroom, lousy instructions on where to get the key and building access. No sheets for the sofabed and no general items such as oil, pepper, or any other spices to enable cooking by short time renters. No shades for privacy or daylight blocking on most living room windows. The phone number listed was not answered! Information provided with the keys (when we finally figured out where to get them) had different details in the Hebrew and English versions - somewhat confusing. Other than these issues it is a very nice place.

Nicht funktionierende Buchung-neue ad-hoc Wohnung

Es war einfach nur super- allerdings ist diese Bewertung NICHT für o.g Wohnung, deren Reservierung trotz sehr frühzeitiger Buchung + Kreditkartenbelastung NICHT geklappt hatte, was zuerst zu einem Schock- Moment geführt hatte!!! Es wurde dank flexibler freundlicher Unterstützung sehr schnell/ ad- hoc eine neue Wohnung ( Thank you Bela! ) organisiert, die offensichtlich ein Upgrade war. Vielen Dank auch für die Kaffee & Kuchen Entschädigungs- Gutscheine im Café "Mandarin".

Nice hotel with good value

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The price was very reasonable and it's comfortable and clean. Traveling with a 4 years old kid, it's only 5 mins walk to the zoo. Restaurant Mandarin is just downstairs and the food is yummy with generous portion. The hotel is also offering 20% discount for any purchase in Mandarin.
