"Tout a été bien à cette hôtel.
Service et qualité/quantité des repas.
Les installations sont un peu passé date, particulièrement la douche.
Mais nous étions en transit et nous avons passé de très bon et beaux moments à l’école privé juste à coté.

"Was pleasantly surprised. Had decided to stay there because it was close to the Kilimanjaro airport and after 17 hrs of traveling to get there and getting in late, was very happy that shuttle drive was on time and Customer service excellent."

Breakfast was OK.
My biggest complaint is that the standard room with two twin beds was way too small for two people with luggage each. Could hardly even move in there. Would be fine for solo only."
"We needed to stay close and other safari lodge we booked and Panama was as the perfect place. The staff were so hospitable and pleasant. They were the start of my amazing time in Tanzania. Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a 10/10 in everything."
"House of West Kili is a beautiful and special place. The staff are welcoming and so kind, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the property is beautiful. The most impactful thing is the pride with which everyone works, making you feel at home. I recommend staying here and hope I get to visit again!"
