"The Residence Inn provides a very good breakfast. The picture of the pool area was deceiving. It looked much bigger online. There are hidden fees that Hotels.com do not make transparent. They are in small print in a link at the bottom of the page. There is a $10 a night oarking fee and/or a $25 destination few. Be careful and read the fine print."

Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing"

"Dolores greeted us at the desk and was so kind to us. She gave us an upgrade which we enjoyed. Loved the clean comfortable room. The pool and hot tub were a hidden gem. Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Close to Fish Creek Falls. A very lovely experience."
