"スタッフに日本語を話す人がいて安心感がある。冷蔵庫が冷えないというトラブルがあったが、すぐに対応してくれて問題はなかった。部屋は広くスタッフは全員フレンドリー。朝食も美味しかった。部屋の掃除とタオルの交換はリクエスト制になっている。外出時にリクエストしておけばきちんとやってくれる。とてもリラックスして滞在できたのはスタッフの笑顔のお陰だと感謝。"

"Nice hotel right next to Thai embassy. Rooms are big, breakfast is a very generous buffet. The management is absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. (Trouble not connected to the hotel) I can highly recommend this place they really shine if you need some assistance during your stay."

"A wonderful treasure in the city. Close to restaurants, markets and landmarks. Room was spotless and faced the inner courtyard, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower took some time to figure out as it alternated between freezing and scalding but you need to not have it at full pressure. After that it was fine. "Great little calm oasis in Vientiane. Loved to stay here, nice and quiet poolside, mostly adults, very tranquil. Rooms are fairly small (King Heritage) but have balcony or patio which is very nice to use. Only downside was no outdoor eating breakfast (strange to me..) and the shower set up in a bathtub was a bit strange as water splurged everywhere in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and polite and all smiles. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Vientiane!"

"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. For me who didn’t know much about Laos, this one day tour...

"The room is just right for 2 people, not too spacious but its ok. It has a long desk and a view of the street but sound proof. Comfortable bed and walking distance to tourist spots and dining options. Ibis Vientiane Nam Pho is safe since it is 1 block away from Police station and Presidents Palace. Breakfast is good too, serving hot food. Highly recommended. "
