"Grate hotel "

"We stayed at the Okeanos Herbert Samuel for 8 night in early June and had a spacious comfortable room with great pool facilities and breakfast. We loved the calm atmosphere and location to the beach. When the war broke out the staff went above and beyond expectations making sure we had everything we needed and were all amazing in what was a very stressful time. The shelter on ground floor felt very safe and comfortable despite the number of time we went there. Limor and her team were exceptional and we can not thank them enough for all the support during a very difficult time for them all. We will definitely be back again when we next return to Israel in hopefully more peaceful times"

"Loved the Staff. They were very nice and accommodating and supportive considering the war that started with Iran. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool area was nice to have, and the pool snack area was nice. The beach was completely closed off because the breakwaters were being constructed. Would have been nice if they had tour availabilities within the hotel. Dinner was only twice a week. Laundry service was not available. Rooms were pretty clean but needed attention when I checked in. Would definitely stay again! Oren and Alina were absolutely helpful with any needs I had and very nice! "
