"The staff had organised balloons, cake and fizz on arrival for a birthday. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The welcome drinks were great. The breakfast was fabulous, a great array of fresh food and staff were happy to provide cooked food which wasn’t on the counter. The Spa was lovely as was the staff there. We used the beauty salon and had a facial and massage and all was fantastic. A truly relaxing experience."

"Lovely selection of breakfast items. Art gallery free entry 8-10am was lovely. Although lift wasn't working when I was staying, the staff were very kind and thoughtful (they even gave me a small gift on checkout which I really appreciated). Rooms are a nice space."

"The temperature in the room was too high, which could not be reduced, because the hotel's air conditioning system was still turned off. The only option was to open the window wide, but then the noise from the busy street entered the room and unfortunately also the cigarette smoke from the guests smoking in the windows or on the balconies. I would expect higher comfort from a newly renovated hotel."

"The accommodation is ideally located near some of the main sights in Brno. There bed in the room was comfortable. There was WiFi. It is worth noting that there was no tv or radio in the room. There is a kitchen and laundry, neither of which I needed to use. The staff are friendly."
