"Rooms- the rooms were very specious and well kept. Very high tech i.e. scanning key before selecting floor. Easy to request for room service and 'do not disturb' Easy control of the heating. Breakfast- excellent spread of food and choice. The best breakfast I have had for a long while. Minimum 10/10 rating. Staff- nothing to fault. "Parking garage is incredibly convenient. We had a huge balcony off our room. Fun vibe in the lobby. Only drawback is slightly removed location from historic area. Happy with the hotel though!"

"All staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast is magnificent with plenty of choice and was very fresh. The coffee was the best we had during our whole stay in Ghent and Brugge. We ate in the hotel in the evening which was also very tasteful with attentive staff. The room was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Access to the Spar is a nice bonus. "

"The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."

"I mainly picked this location because it is across the street from the Brussels-Midi station. Neighborhood itself wasn't the prettiest but everything we needed was within walking distance. Staff let us check in early and I loved that there was free coffee and tea in the lobby. Rooms were small but did the job. Our group of 8 had a pleasant time."
