"Very nice reception from the staff at the entrance, beautiful and clean room with comfortable bed (but pillows too big, with no other options of softer ones). No black out drapes, despite being advertised. Breakfast was not good: small and noisy dining room with no windows, very limited choice, flies everywhere around food display, staff not very helpful, omelets greasy. That was surprising compared to the rest of the hotel."

"The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel. "

"Best massage of my life at the spa! Indoor pool was chilly. Close to shopping, grocery store, Starbucks. Interior spaces and room were spotless. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Enjoyed my stay!"

"We initially stayed for a couple of nights. Our room didn’t have a door to the bathroom, just a curtain, which I didn’t like. We had a different room the second time we stayed (after an overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay) which did have a bathroom door so I would recommend putting in a request for a room with bathroom door if you like privacy. Overall a great hotel though, and good location. Breakfast options were great and we also had dinner one night which was also very good. Special mention to Grace on reception as she was extremely welcoming when we arrived, very helpful, and gave us some tips on what to do while we were in Hanoi. 10/10 service from Grace. Other staff members were also very friendly and I could not fault their service."
