Hotel very nice overall, clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the a/c which they restrict to 23c, when it's nearly 40c outside guests should have the option of making their room cooler.

A great place to stay.

From check in to check out our experience was a very positive one. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We found the pool and other facilities well maintained and clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We hope to visit Hungary again and this hotel will be top of our list.

Very clean, good breakfast, perfect location if you are coming and going through motorway. Really good hotel. You can see the hotel is in good hands all over. Thanks to management and all staff. They were helpful and kind. We will come back.

Zwischen zwei Übernachtungen gab es kein Service im Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr einfach. Kaffee war ungenießbar. Leider bisher das schwächste Hotel in Györ.

Gutes Hotel, kommen bei Bedarf wieder.

Reservierung war etwas aufwendig, bzw. spaete Rueckmeldung, hat dann aber doch noch geklappt. Rest von der Anreise, einchecken , Zimmer, Restaurant, und Auschecken hat alles perfekt gepasst. Leider hatte ich zuwenig zeit um den SPA zu nutzen.

Gut trotzt Kritik

Freundliche Bedienung, Essen war das falsche und nicht ein absolutes Muss. Treppe war mit getrockneter Erde verdreckt und wurde nicht gereinigt. Wellnessbereich nicht einladend, Thermalbecken nicht in Betrieb. Zimmer waren sehr gross und sauber, harte Matratzen und ganzes Hotel viel zu fest beheitzt. Wer unbedingt „grün“ sein will, sollte sich da etwas zurückhalten, wirkt sonst ziemlich heuchlerisch.
