"The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. "

Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. "Our stay atThe ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun was fabulous. My family and I had the best time imaginable in Seoul and The ENA Hotel certainly helped to make that possible. First off, the reception staff was wonderful, especially Zoe who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She and rest of the staff were always willing to help from giving us directions to local restaurants and attractions to helping us secure cab rides everywhere we wished to go that was not within walking distance. They speak excellent English and are all so pleasant. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and perfectly situated close to all that Seoul has to offer. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and this hotel, we highly recommend them!"
