However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. "We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. "The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know. "Beautifully appointed rooms with high windows, A/C, comfortable beds, and a fantastic English speaking host, Demi.
