"It was a wonderful stay. The hotel owners are friendly, hospitable, and helpful in every way. It has a warm atmosphere. The room is clean, and trash is collected daily. Items that are used up are replaced. The hotel is located in the Boya Forest, with a wonderful view. Bus stops are very close, making it easy to get to everywhere. Boyana holds a lot of history, and the trekking areas are magnificent."

"This location absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for a quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it! Raya - lovely front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous and helped me tremendously. Hotel did not have room available for one more night so Raya helped me find room at nearby hotel. Strongly recommend this place!"
