"Our stay was quick and the Hilton was nice. The staff was great. The hot tub wasn’t working and it cost 💲 28 to park my car, but otherwise, it was a good stay."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, WA
6/10 Okay
"Okay for 1 night if you have a flight to catch the next day or have a late arrival. The problem here is clearly management, terrible management. They run the shuttle like they are doing you a frikin' favour, rudely demanding of you to call multiple times for them to pick you up, making you wait for too long, all when knowing very well that this service is their only chance at running a competitive airport hotel, like what are you offering that is of some value besides a ride to and from the airport at inconvenient times? Don't you know your own business model? Apparently the people running this place don't know or simply don't care.
The so called complimentary breakfast was very poor and shamefully wasteful (unnecessary single use plastic everywhere, would make any eco-conscious person literally cry,), with very little choices of hardly any nutritional value, oh and it finished at 9.30 but the staff started to take everything away like the apocalypse was upon us already by 9.25. Besides one very young looking lady at the desk front, who was lovely and helpful everyone else was rude af for the most part. Our bathroom's towel hangers, hooks and other hardware was literally coming off the walls, where is the maintenance? Hence why management is the issue here. It is poorly run. It could be a nice place that offered value for money but they choose to run it like this. A Shame."
"Clean room and shower had a good pressure on it with hot water.but no room cleaning service because you have to let them now and asked for clean towels the front desk lady told me either I can come down and get it or I have to wait at leas 20 minutes because I guess supposedly there was a sign in the room which we didn’t see it and we supposed to let them know a night before I thought that was stupid and I told her that I didn’t see it. We didn’t see the sign and she was gaining a little attitude about it."
"I have disputed the over $200.00 charge for this place. Nowhere on their advertisement that they say their Lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. we arrived about 9:30 nobody there to check us in nobody to contact. Could not cancel the option was not available on the website. This place is a complete rip off. Do not stay here. Again nowhere on their ad did they say that their Lobby closed at 8:00 p.m.. yet there we were no room to be had. No one to check us in, no one to cancel the room with, this was a total disgrace. And to charge me for the three nights that I did not stay there is appalling"
"We used to go to this location often. Was my wife’s favorite. They don’t have a free breakfast which is fine if other things are up to par. The hot tub wasn’t working. They charge you $10 to park. Staff was okay but probably just that. There was tear in curtains. The shower pressure was light. Firm bed reach she likes. Definitely won’t be first place to looking into on other travels"
