"Other than hearing the people staying in the next room, everything was good for a layover stay. Close to where we needed to be and just off the highway. "

"Pool, sauna, treadmill and no breakfast were available. Staff was aware of this and had no plan for upcoming fixes and stated these items have been out for an extended time. The website does not indicate these items are broken."

"So we had the Presidential Suite, and while it was very spacious, we realized we needed a rollaway pretty badly since the couch bed was only a twin size. I felt bad for the man working the front desk, it seems he was the only employee in the whole building all afternoon/evening and was struggling. Some guests decided to leave after dealing with having to wait on things, and we finally gave up on getting the rollaway. So some of the party had to sleep in the floor that night. For what you pay, that's sad. But it's also sad that he needed help and didn't have any, so we aren't "mad" at him by any means. Probably would just look elsewhere next time."

"Checked in, went to car to get luggage the man that registered us in came around the corner and was rude didn't remember me checking inn. People in next room were up at 4:30 very noisy and loud. Did not get any rest. Pictures showed place was very nice, I guess the next time I will be spectacle before booking. "
