"They were changing out the mattresses in the hotel on the first day when we arrived, the left the old mattresses in the hallway the entire time we stayed and our mattresses were old and not comfortable."

Unbelievable
"First, couldn't use a credit card, the air conditioning didn't work, almost no water pressure, and the place didn't smell very pleasant. Then had to fight to get my money back for the second night, so I could go some where else."
