"I paid for a suite. When I checked in the furnishings in the suite were of such poor quality I had to take a regular room. I would like to be reimbursed for the extra I paid for a suite I never occupied. A very poor experience and just received an apology and lip service from the hotel. Not a good experience. "

"Lovely staff. We only arrived later at night so didn't get the chance to fully explore but we thought the room was large, clean and modern. Nice view from the deck although maintenance needed on the screen door that fell off. We did love the fireplace in the room. We would stay here again."

"This resort is incredible. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the property. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bend. The restaurant, The Row, was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon with risotto and my partner ordered the French dip. We split the cookie with ice cream for dessert and everything was great. Our server Aubrey was very sweet and made us feel welcome. We also requested extra blankets to our room which arrived in a timely manner and were very comfortable. The robes in the closet were so soft and comfortable. I’d love to know where they’re from. We will absolutely be coming back in the future! "
