"This was a very funky hotel billed as a bed and breakfast. The property is well over 100 years old and clearly has some deferred maintenance issues, but it was so cool and funky. I would go back in a heartbeat. I’m sure the staff is really good but when I showed up there, the door was locked there was nobody at the desk. Nobody responded to my ringing the bell and nobody answered the phone, so at that point as I was getting really frustrated. I looked down and saw an envelope with my name on it...

"Prime location !!! So nice in the trees looking out to the lake and mountains. Next door to Dillon amphitheater which makes going to shows just so enjoyable. Great hot tub and breakfast was easy as pie. It had that nostalgic feel of high school and college full of all the essentials. Coffee is goood. "The beds need to be replaced and all the pillows were lumpy. We heard from several guests that sleep was difficult due to the beds and lumpy pillows. The interior seemed very clean and the parking was very convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, but the coffee in the lobby was overly strong. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and personable."
