"We had a nice stay here after a beautiful wedding at Gerry's Ranch in Camarillo/Santa Rosa Valley. We kicked off our dancing shoes and relaxed. Enjoyed an early morning breakfast and spent time in the jacuzzi to nurse our tired bodies. Loved the shower and the scents of the shower gel. Perfect ending to our perfect weekend."

"It started off bad, the personnel at the lobby spoke to me like I did not speak English or if I was slow probably based only on my appearance. The room had a terrible stench of urine. The AC was loud and woke me up every time it kicked in so I could not keep it on to deal with the smell. The bathroom was dirty. There were people walking around the property late at night right outside my room as if no security were present. I understand this is a cheap motel, but I believe these are basic...

"The staff did their job, my main concern when i got there is the additional $100 deposit fee I got charged. It’s been a week since I have stayed there and i have not been refunded that fee as they said they would refund as soon as I checked out; I’m still waiting. I talked to my bank and they said it’s up to the hotel company to process it and it should arrive soon to my account; I’m still waiting. If I don’t receive it by this following Monday I will be contacting both parties to again resolve...

"The price is the only thing that is decent about this place. If that is all you care about then it might be fine, but the rooms smell mildewed and the walkways are filthy around the rooms and the backside is very sketchy. It wouldn’t take a lot to make this acceptable but if you don’t care about anything but the price then it might be OK for you but otherwise beware."

"The hotel staff was great! It was fun to stay in an iconic hotel I grew up near. The hotel room was clean but the floor was dusty. Towels were clean and fresh. The mattress is much more firm than we've slept on which wasn't comfortable to us but thats a preference thing. The shower head is fixed into position and sprayed the back left corner of the shower so you have to lean up against the shower wall to rinse off fully. We love the larger sized refrigerator with mini freezer. Thank you!"

"They need to change the name. Showed up as Vagabond inn online and the signage is still Motel6. For the price, I wish they had more amenities like coffee machine or locker in the room"

"It was a clean bed to sleep in Oxnard. Could have used a blanket on the beds to stay warm. A top sheet and bed spread is all they had."
