"Tres décevant par rapport a l annonce. Pas d accueil sur place,reponse longue. Pas d eau chaude dans la chambre no 1 Machine a laver et seche linge en panne. Concernant la literie La plus epaisse,les ressorts sont saillants. Les 2 autres plus fines de style sur matelas fatigué. En résumé, une mauvaise experience. C est la première fois avec hotel.com.."
