"The room and facility are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was decent. Nothing spectacular, but well-stocked. The staff were nice, helpful, and professional. We loved staying here and hope to come again!"

"The room was small with no comfortable chair or ottoman for my wife with a bad knee and back. No freezer compartment in very small fridge! Chairs on balcony were to low for us to enjoy! One morning I went to the beach while my wife slept in. I left my phone in room. When I got back to room, my key would not work! After 4 times down to the desk and many trips back up to my room , I finally got into the room. The desk clerks finally told us that if the card was close to the phone it would not work. 2 of the men clerks were very condescending. The girl was very helpful. The parking lot was very inconvenient and the luggage racks were not accessible unless you paid for a valet. When we checked in we were not informed of much! We were handed our key and not explained where our room was located or about any of the available services. We had to ask the valet or other guests many questions. It had a beautiful view and was very well maintained. We would need very good pricing to return."
