"Room a/c made so much noise we had to turn it all the way off. No washcloths in bathroom."

Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. "The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. "

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
