The room was wide and clean but the windows could not stay opened. We had to lift them toward the exterior but there was nothing to keep them like that. Not seeing outside is kind of depressing...The pool was very nice and refreshing.

Overal excellent, one problem and a big one. When we arrived the front desk clerk tried to increase our cost. We had our price that we prebooked 3 months earlier and she wanted to go against the contract and charge more. She should know if you upsell last minute none of your staff get tips. We refused the extra charge and were able to tip the great staff.

During my stay i felt unsafe walking out at night as there isn’t any form of protection or security. The hotel also only provided breakfast, but not lunch or dinner.
