"The employees are what make this hotel an enjoyable place.The employees were courteous and worked hard to keep everything clean despite the poor structure.The hotel’s poor design, makes me not want to come back.The door frames in the stair ways are cover in mold.The shower caulk is covered in mold because there is no EXHAUST FAN.The water from the shower easily leaks onto the floor. Poor setup for hanging wet towels and bathing suits.The breakfast buffet would be more enjoyable if there was more...

"This is a wonderful location near the national park. If you are wanting to hike the waterfall trail in the national park, it is only about a 5-10 minute drive from this hotel. The hotel is unique in its design and location. It is nestled into the natural surroundings, and the grounds are lovely. There is a further hike across the road on some grounds owned by the hotel, and it is a nice little introduction to the rainforest. There are multiple bird species in the garden. "The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant."

"It's a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains. The chalet was well equipped and a fantastic use of space. We would highly recommend it. The only suggestion would be to cut back the trees off the upstairs balcony so that you can see the view better. "
