"Amazing place!"

"The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”."

"Unfortunately our stay was not that pleasant because when we booked our room for a few days we planned on eating on site which this hotel mislead us because it says that’s there’s is a restaurant which is was never open. WiFi was really bad also. "
