I was excited to see that the staff were friendly, pleasant., and bilingual. Throughout my trip I found it hard to find people that spoke English so it was definitely a challenge I didn’t have here. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel overall is really nice and well kept. The room had advertisement for spa, but they do not have a spa. Also there is nothing around the hotel just the main highway that makes it difficult to access. You cannot walk around, you need transportation and beware the traffic is HORRIBLE. Decent hotel, not a great location.
Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff (thank you Yahaira for being AMAZING!). I felt at home at this Hilton. The backyard looked like from a fairy movie and the decoration has so much character. Room was clean and service was top notch!
Please give Yahaira a promotion and a raise!!
We had a very difficult stay. Since our arrival (our previous booking was one day before this), there was no hot water. We reported this and were told someone would be sent to help. Later, they said it was maintenance and gave us a food voucher for the inconvenience, but then sent a message saying it would take 4 days to resolve. Eventually, the next day no water at all; we had to shower with bottled water and call for help to clean the toilet. Water was back later that day, but again there was no hot water. We decided to request to leave one day earlier and look for another place, to which the management fortunately agreed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, but no fridge or microwave. The hotel's overall structure was beautiful, and the food was tasty. It is so sad that all this was obscured by the water issue that affected all who attended the event at the hotel
This was a very safe and mostly quiet property away outside of the city. While we were next to a busy street, we were still within a safe zone. Not walkable, and you must have private transportation, overall it was a nice experience.
Arrived at 10 pm on 12/29/24 we were welcome by a nice receptionist who attended our needs and explained restaurant times, money exchange, wifi, pool time, second day i ordered room service and they have a nice server named Fabio he was so polite, we would explain our breakfast every day i stayed 6 nights with my son and every day we had breakfast in our room, house keeper made sure our room was clean and beds made, my son and i had the most wonderful time in this hotel, i definitely recommend you to stay here, its affordable and beautiful.
The architecture and the atmosphere of the property is incredible, the comfort is really very pleasant. However, the staff in charge seems to be not very happy in their work and show a lot of lack of knowledge in their routine tasks. I definitely recommend the property but you have to improve a lot in customer service or improve training
