Nice cozy place in Oakland area , the only downside is the parking but once you get used to drive and park in Guatemala it’s easy in front of property or in the street , other than that very safe and nice neighborhood shopping mall Oakland place very close and convenient from shops to lots of restaurants caffès and pastries , also from hotel you can order food or anything and they will bring it to your room door , also for 20 quetzales around $2.50 you get a tank of water probably around 5 gallons plus they have drinks for sale too , breakfast was good , room was always clean plus it comes with a fan also tv that I never watched , small kitchen with utensils and a mini stove and a table to eat , also a desk and what it looks like a local sofa and a wardrobe to store clothes , ladies at breakfast very nice also front staff nice too I needed copies since this was business trip for me and they made it for me , was in 4th floor found it to be peaceful and quiet , definitely if when I come back to Guatemala I will stay here again like I mentioned it’s safe and convenient position overall very good .

Our room has big, clean had a fridge, stove, plates, silverware, The beds were comfortable. Had great staff and our breakfast was delicious and it was included with our stay. The terrace they had was so cute perfect for pictures. I definitely recommend this hotel and they also helped us coordinate our airport pick up with Cesar Nova who I can also recommend, very nice and professional.

I found the hotel to be very worn out, the room had a very strong odor, I don't know if due to humidity but it wasn't pleasant. Also over decorated, everything seemed old and dusty, there is library full of books, not appealing full of dust, the only good thing was the breakfast and the lady who serves it, very sweet, polite and attentive all the time. The area is very nice and safe but you need a car, if you are a great walker you are fine is at least 25 minute walk to the Oakland Mall.

Nestled in a secured neighborhood it’s safe to walk around; if you like walking the neighborhood has a nice uphill trail, not far bad knees. No dining places nearby but can walk to places or UberThe breakfast is great!

We love the peaceful sorruondings; however, we are an elderly couple and had to walk three flights of stairs to the basement. Eventhought, the room had a nice view, the strong moldy odor was overwhelming. Since there is no air conditioning there were mosquitoes.

Beautiful property located in la Zona 10, gated community making it feel safer. The room was very beautiful. Definitely recommend it, it is a little bit more pricier than other areas but it’s definitely worth it to feel safe in the city.

The place look very worn out kind of a mess. The breakfast was great and the lady was the best part of the stay, extremely pleasant and caring. the hotel in very comfortable, our room had a strange odor, and I found the hotel to be very dusty, it has a library full of books but kind of messy and dusty, the place is nice but needs some TL.
