The location of the Apart-Hotel is excellent to conduct meetings or sightseeing in Guatemala City zones 9-10-13 and 14. The security is great. A bit of general care of the facility will be good. The personnel was dedicated, helpful and courteous.

Helpful and friendly staff. Really awesome place with great detail that makes you feel you enter into a different world since it used to be some type of church office with angles and saints. Nice roof top where you can see the sunset.

Great value

Communication was consistent. They have a number you can WhatsApp. My first night there, the water was out for the whole island, but they turned on the emergency water so that I can shower. It’s at the entrance of the island, so you won’t have great lake view like the hotels on the west side of the island. Everything on the island is so easily walkable though that it’s not really unnecessary. Also, no hot water, but that’s also unnecessary. Water is cool enough for the hot weather.

Staff/ Owners were really responsive and helpful. Property was very safe and secure with guard at gate who was patiently waiting for our arrival. Owners provided us with a 2 bedroom, 2bath apartment with a kitchen and living room and cheerfully and sweetly brought us a delicious breakfast at our personally scheduled time. Couldn’t have asked for more after having a flight cancelled unexpectedly in a city we had never been to. I would definitely come back to this property when coming to explore the city in the hopefully near future! Thank you gentlemen for a relaxing stay when it was definitely needed!
