The staff was so very nice to everyone there and to me this is the place to go to the beach and you have a secure place to stay and that’s very important at this time. "Beautiful spot to just sit back and relax after spending a week in very busy Rome. San Lucido is definitely a “hidden gem” in Calabria. We had both dinner and breakfast in the “sun room”. The food was excellent and the service top notch. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Loved everything about our stay."

"Pulling up to Tenuta Contessa was like a dream. It was a quiet time with very few guests when we stayed. The pool area was lovely but the showstopper was the food and the chef, Pietro. He was personable and made us family style meals according to what we wanted. Very accommodating. The views here are also spectacular surrounding the entire property. "
