"I used to like this property on my previous stays. But now they don't seem to care much.
When we checked in, we didn't feel as welcome We were told that since we booked with a 3rd party (Expedia) nothing could be change. They charged resort fee, but the pool is closed during the week. The fee only offers wifi and parking. No more late check out, now they charge $35 per hour if you need a little more time to get ready.

"We like how fun the elevators were. They always put us in a good mood! The beds were super comfortable and the blackout shades were great. We enjoyed the pool and felt very safe. The pool towels were nice and thick. The treasure hunt was fun and not too challenging for a tired grandparent.

"The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full...

"Such a great place! Perfect for us and our littles. They loved walking to the beach, playing at the family pool, tennis, basketball, and we even did one of the evening activities-candy sushi making class! Everything was wonderful. Heads up: it’s right next to a passenger train track, so you’ve got trains running next to the bedroom window pretty much all the time. I think it ends at midnight. Not an issue for us, but I could see it bothering someone else. Overall, it was an excellent vacation...
