"If you book through a third party for a lower rate you get a room that is not updated, older, and not well cleaned. Tons of dead bugs on the air conditioner unit. Straw left on floor. Wrapper in the bathroom floor. Toilet sometimes flushed. Sticky phone no power. Not well cleaned. No iron, no luggage ..."

"Stunning. This hotel was a splurge for us but well worth it. The room was gigantic and well appointed. We had a king and were given a rollaway bed for our daughter and we all fit just fine. Clean, comfortable, and quiet! We had a large tub and a balcony."
