"Friendly staff. Very close proximity to the beach, pier, shopping and restaurants. Once we checked in and parked our car we didn't use it the rest of our trip until we left. We walked around so much and loved that we didn't have to go looking for parking because it was that close!! "Really nice hotel for an affordable price. The room was comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. The staff was very friendly too. I'd only suggest more racks and hangers in the closet and a dresser. A microwave in the lobby would be nice too. Thank you Hotel Avanti!"

"The proprietors are Patels - they know how to run a great hotel/motel. Everything was great. Definitely do not book via Expedia, though -- just go to American Inn's website to book. Cheaper that way. And, Expedia is a horrible company! They will book you with hotels that do not honor the reservation! Expedia really sucks. That was my mistake - using Expedia. American Inn is great, though."

"Comfortable bed. Clean room. Close to everything. It was conveniently located to the beach & town. We parked our car & walked where we needed to go the whole weekend… it’s just a few blocks to the beach. It was quiet for our stay. There isn’t a swimming pool but we’re there for the beach so not a problem for us. "Sandcastle is a great beachfront hotel with unbeatable views. Our room was spacious with a quarter view of the beach within seconds of the boardwalk!
