"Great place and great location"

"Our 1st room the TV did not work. We called down and was told she would be up if she got a chance. She seemed to be the only one there so we were not in a rush. My husband is an electrician and works with tech so we were sure we had done all we could to try to fix the situation. We turned down the bed to find the comforter was dirty as was the cover. (We have pictures). At this point we asked for a different room. We have never done that before so it was quite uncomfortable. She gave us a set of keys and said “see if this suits you”. We went to that room, TV did not work. Went back and was told “3rd times a charm”. No apology or anything. The third room was not clean either, q-tip on floor, bed had spots on comforter again. At this point we had driven 10 hours, moved three rooms so we just kept it. I arranged the bedding so the spot was at our feet. (Again, took pictures). Checked out, never a word of sorry for your inconvenience or anything. We will never stay here again. "

"Staff were super nice and very helpful. When leaving this morning all of the housekeeping staff were very kind and spoke to me. Everything was very good. I always love staying here."

"Front desk staff very helpful. I booked reservations through Expedia with wrong dates. Expedia staff unable to correct dates. I took out extra insurance on 2nd reservation and they told me that it didn’t cover that. Corrected the dates the next day with hotel front desk."

"When I entered my room you could clearly tell the beds were not fresh sheets. It looked like all that was done was the blankets were pulled up from the last customer. I went down and talked to the owner, showed him the photos and he told me I would be refunded in which I was not as of yet. "

"Everything was great! Bed could have been better.. we had a king that sunk in the middle. Definitely needs to be updated with a fresh coat of paint. The bar was beautiful and the bartender was very helpful in planning what to do in the area. We would go back for sure! Absolutely beautiful scenery."

"I checked in and got my room on the third floor. The minute I walked off the elevator, the smell was overwhelming. A very strong musty smell. The room was ok with the smell, but still there. I never check beds when I stay in a hotel, but I checked this one. There were stains on the mattress protector. Lots of hair was also found on the mattress protector. The pillows were yellow with stains. The curtain was ripped and a huge water stain was on the curtain as well. I couldn't stand to stay there. I also took plenty of pictures. I went down to the desk to speak to the manager but they had left for the day. I spoke with the front desk clerk and told her the room was disgusting. She asked if I wanted another room and I just made a face. How would I be comfortable in another room knowing what was in this room. She then offered for me to just check out and I agreed. I found another hotel nearby and was grateful to find a room at the last minute. I would not recommend this place to anyone staying in the area."
