"Hard to find because the sign still says Four Points, foyer was dark and front desk unoccupied at 5pm. There is no Restaurant, Breakfast was horrible with everything cooked to death or empty. Even coffee urns were empty.. Hotel was clean, cheap and close to airport. Everything else needs a lot of attention"

"The room clearly needed repairs to the door that hadn't been done. It gave the room a cheap, poorly managed vibe. In addition, the front desk personnel was not very helpful and could have cared less. I know I'm not the only traveler to mentioned the sealing was ripped halfway off the door and just dangling on the floor. You could actually see the exterior hallway as a result. This is a sign of poor maintenance and upkeep, and inattentive customer service. I will not be staying at another...

"The hotel wasn’t all that bad. the rooms were pretty clean aside from the bed cover having a stain. Housekeeping never came to clean up the room, but that’s because they come every other day that you have booked your stay for. The rooms/hotel somewhat looked like the pictures online. There was no hot tub, and the pool was way smaller than pictured. The food at the little store they have, almost all of the food was expired. When wanting to use the patio outside, it was very dirt; towels...

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Loved the pool and hot tub. My son enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast. The only reason i give this hotel a 3 is because they were renovating rooms. But we got a room right next to one of the rooms been renovated and they woke us up at 7 15 am with hammering on the walls alot of noise coming from the next room.son woke up scared and I did too. I feel they shouldn't rent a room out next to a room been renovated. But would definitely come back maybe when they are not renovating."
