Der Ferienpark ist super gepflegt, es gibt viele Spielplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Personal auf dem gesamten Gelände ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wurde den Möglichkeiten entsprechend gereinigt. Allerdings bemerkt man schnell, dass hier schon viele Familien mit Kindern Urlaub gemacht haben: Flecken und Macken an den Tapeten und auf den Teppichböden im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Auch das Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen (Schimmelflecken an der Duschkabine). Das Bad ist sehr klein und es gibt wenig Ablageflächen. Das hat die Urlaubsstimmung jedoch nicht getrübt, da diese Mängel in erster Linie von den Erwachsenen wahrgenommen werden. Den Kindern hat es gefallen, vor allem das angrenzende Freibad und Schwimmbad bieten einen super Zeitvertreib. Auch der externe Freizeitanbieter auf dem Gelände hat ein tolles Angebot (gegen extra Bezahlung). Wir können die Rollertour durch die Berge wärmstens empfehlen. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ein schöner Park mitten in der Natur. Ideal für Kinder, nur, wenn man 2-3 davon hat wird es " teuer " egal ob Übernachtung oder Essen ein Park für Kinder sollte nicht zu einem 5 Sternehotel gemacht werden. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft im Park, wäre super, denn nicht alle sind mit dem Auto da. Meine Enkelin hatte sich auf den Streichelzoo gefreut, leider gies den auch nicht mehr. Toll fand ich unser Zimmer , sehr groß, super Betten und eine einmalige Aussicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel.Ein Wochenende zu dritt im Komfortzimmer ist gut machbar. Frühstück war lecker. Abendessen war uns zu teuer daher wären wir in Grißschönau Essen

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatten wir für einen Morgen dazugebucht 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder für 69€. Ganz klar gesagt, es ist nicht schlecht aber völlig überteuert! Die Kinder unter 10 Jahren essen nicht mal die Hälfte von dem was Sie preislich könnten. Hier sind die Relationen völlig unberechtigt und daneben. Familienfreundlich ist das nur für Wohlhabende, denen das Geld Wurst ist..

Leider wurden von expedia die angegebene personenzahl sowie das Alter (habe ich alles im antragsformular angegeben!) nicht übermittelt! Zum glück habe ich mich vorher telefonisch gemeldet, so dass das freundliche Personal noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitstellen konnte!!!

Lovely holiday park in a lovely part of Germany

We stayed 3 days at the Trixi Park and we were lucky that the weather was glorious and hot. The swimming lake is excellent and the kids loved the slide and diving boards. The indoor swimming pool is equally and the associated climbing center really challenged the kids in a positive sense. The house was frankly excellent. It is not a palace but it is all quality and a pleasant place to stay. There is tons to do nearby. We cycled and hiked while there and the nearby villages are stunning and so is the landscape. It is also fun thst one minute you sfe in Germany, the next in the Czech Republic and of course Poland is right next door too. Dresden is close as well and the local towns of Bautzen and Zittau are well worth a visit. The region is heavily unknown/underrated in the UK and I guess many would assume grey and brown tristesse but nothing could be further from reality. Want to try something different - give Trixi a try.

Summer stay great - Winter never again

Great setting for a fabulous summer stay with kids. But in winter, cottages are freezing cold - particularly bedrooms -despite running the few installed heaters at max.
