"Ideally situated hotel, very close to the city centre but still in a quiet area, friendly staff, clean and beautiful room. Bathroom is very clean and has a great shower. I can recommend the breakfast, it’s really good! I’ve been here three times now and will definitely be back next time I’ll be in Groningen. Well done staff!"

"About a 12 minute walk from the station. Some rooms appear to have been renovated, ours certainly was not. For the price it was not good at all. Peeling wallpaper, very dirty carpet, chrome gone from bathroom tap, moldy shower etc. The only plus was the bed was comfortable and clean. There was no AC, just a fan would be OK because it can get very noisy with the window open. I did speak to the manager to ask if we could be moved to a renovated room, however she wanted an extra €30 per night, so...
